Minecraft.net is down...

apparently because of a DDoS attack. See the minecraftforum for more details. Until it is fixed, no one will be able to log in to the game. Might be a while. Hold on to your hats, gentlemen.

Hmmm does this mean i will lose what i had in my inventory... i had a ton of smooth stone which was hard to get.

Minecraft.net is up now, but we are unable to connect in game to minecraft.net, and therefore can't login. Seems it will take a while more for that part to be fixed. Stay tuned.
