Kitsune's Maze

What lies behind this massive gate you may ask? Well what lies behind this is known as Kitsune's Maze. More will b known at a later date.(p.s. when it is finished I will be giving out a challenge to see who can finish it the fastest winner gets a prize! I'll post more when it gets finished)

So much work phew.

*UPDATE*

As of tonight the maze is officially 20% complete.

Out of the 10 planned sections of the maze 2 are done.

Along with this status update I leak abit of info about the maze to keep everyone interested.

1. As I said above the maze is consiting of 10 parts as long as plans dont change there will be around 6 acual maze portions and 4 puzzle portions.

2.The area cleared to fit the maze underground is a total of 34,200 blocks.

3. The maze comes complete with an observation deck where you will be whatched as you go through the maze (only people who have completed the maze beforehand or helped build the maze will be allowed to enter the observation deck)

4. After completion the maze will only be available for use when I am online (at least for a few weeks anyway)

5.A residence will be placed around the maze so no cheating =p

P.S. What do you think should be the prize for completing it? I am not currently sure what i will make the prize!

Sounds great! Perhaps the prizes should be similar to those of Alexandria?

yeah i was thinking along the lines of diamond and maybe some sulfur since i have a good amount of it from my nether training... but then again sulfur is realy only useful to people who want to become trueblood vamps so its probably not a good idea so diamond sounds good i just have to find enough or buy enough to be a worthy prize

The maze is 25% complete as of now 3 out of 10 sections are done but i have to do some refining on the sublayer to make it look nice so thats 5% more to do!

Also I beleive I know what the event of the grand opening will be

Through some sort of selection I shall choose 3 worthy players to be tested in the labrynth they will go one at a time while in the maze they are not allowed to tell anyone about whats inside it even after their turn is over. when all 3 have finished prizes are give for completion and grand prize for fastest time.

After the 3 have gone everyone else will be allowed to have a go at it if they choose.

I was thinking for the selection process a sword fight tornament with top 3 being chosen and 1st choosing the order the 3 go into the maze like if he/she wants to go first or last they basicly choose who goes first or last and such

Thats just the idea i am going with for now plans are open to change for the event day

work on the maze is currently at a stand still untill I can get the impossible amount of slimeballs and/or sticky pistons

I am willing to help with the supply of the pistons if you still need them in a week

i am slowly collecting them over time it willtake a while though

once you get the trap large enough it shouldn't take long at all

lets hope so =P

i may wait untill 1.8 to continue work on the maze just sayin ^.^
