kinglogman and 5InchCaterpillar were spamming and making the server laggy.

UPDATE 2
It's been well over 20 minutes and whatever you do, they won't give up. Neither will I.

Caterpillar seems to have stopped. And I figured, if everybody leaves the server, maybe they'll stop. Will check in 5 minutes.

They both will be banned. These people are just spammers and not players, therefore they don't get to come back. Thank you for alerting us to these two.
