Yeah it's a great mod, I just don't like how it gives everyone clear instructions on how to spam.

Spammers normally use macros, there just gonna get banned all the same if they start copy pasting spamming

The difference being if there is no Mod/Admin on you can just turn your chat off

No one should ever have to resort to turning their chat off/switching to party chat to avoid player spam, as there is always the possibility of having new people on the server who are asking important questions. Chat is pretty good the way it is imo; there are occasions when there are macro spammers and no mods online, but I think this mod will result in smaller but more frequent player spam.

The best current chat systems will automatically kick people who enter too many text lines too quickly. If we could get something like that I would be for it 100%.

I wouldnt mind that levi but what if someone is typing a lot but its not spam?
it would have to be set for a whole lot of lines of text to prevent unwarrented kickings

Oh yes, that's also part of a good chatting system: the option to mute individual players from your window.

Spammers get kicked from server auto, and "Give it back" "I dont have it" "Give it back" I dont have it" "Give it back" -You could just mute them.
